Found this site really easy to use, got lots of response and feedback would definitely use it again

I have used the SpareRoom site on one previous occasion without success which could have been down to a number of factors.
On this occasion it has been very positive in terms of the number of people viewing the property each day, on average 30 to 40.
I have had a few people responding but todate no positive interest.

The site is very good and I will continue to use it but some of the people responding haven't read the posting and seem to have blanket responded to all postings.

I rang to ask how to refresh an account which had not been opened in 5 years. Francesca helped me so now I am able to open my account, use the wording and change the photos for my spare room in a house I have never let before. I’ve rang in the past several times and they have always been prompt and helpful. Thank you
